Yesterday i was walking home from work after a truly disastrous weekend, just sort of blankly moving. Existing. And then the sun started hitting my face in bursts, in between the buildings and the trees, and suddenly I could not wipe the stupid fucking grin off my face. Could/not/stop grinning madly at all the strangers on the street, euphoric just to be there, conscious and walking past a Home...

Another wednesday
Me: I've just come to the depressing realization that everything in my life has been leading up to this point, on a wednesday night
Dave: Me too!
Me: when I want to go out and get a drink with a friend but can't because I lost my ID at a trashy gay club over the weekend
so instead I am sitting in my room drinking juice
Dave: Just imagine, someone could be using your awful ID picture as fap material.
Me: that's a nice consolation prize
